The shoe bench was made as a Christmas gift for my mother, built from a solid smoked oak slab with a natural live egde to show the wood's character. A contrasting maple shelf underneath keeps everyday shoes organised while keeping the piece light and practical. Finished in a durable matte lacquer for east day-to-day use.
